7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
  • In case of unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments with prior notification to the customer.
